Deep in our hearts we all long for a life that is integrated. Our work, relationships, faith, marriage, parenting, health, marriage… how do you bring all the aspects of our life together and live one life?

Today’s conversation gives us an inside look at what this means for John Kapitan. John is a business owner, a father and husband, a farmer, and a man who daily seeks that integrated life… a man with a 21st century career living in an 18th century lifestyle!

John and Denise Kapitan and family at their family farm.
