This Summer Examen is the first of four seasonal Examen using the season metaphor to gain insight for our life and wisdom for the journey ahead. Drawing from the integrating the work of Parker Palmer, Katherine May, John O'Donahue and other voices. Based on the the Examen developed in the 16th century by Ignatius of Loyola— but given a contemporary voice by Stephen W. Smith.
